Purpose of the website

Using this website establishes no account, professional-client, legal, medical, or financial relationship. What is published is general information.

Where outbound links go

An outbound link is offered for context, not as a recommendation. Whoever runs that service sets the terms that apply there.

Changing information

Content may become incomplete as products, rules, prices, or technical systems change. Current primary material should be used for time-sensitive decisions.

Uptime and changes

Pages can be revised, moved, or withdrawn at any time, without notice. Neither continuous availability nor any specific outcome is guaranteed.

Revisions

Revisions are published here rather than announced individually. The version in force is the one shown above.
